((Swamp of the underworld would pull your clone in, in less than 2 seconds, it managed to kill one of Oro's giant summons in a matter of about 14 seconds. So the water clone IS GONE if it is stuck in the swamp))

((So I'm guessing it's a forfeit...dying isn't really that bad anyway. You get to make a new character...and blah blah blah....anyways....))
Josh stepped out from the woods because Phain had been killed by the force of the swamp. "You were a very worthy opponent..." Josh muttered under his breath, as he walked step after step forward towards the swamp that was now hardened into hard ground. He came to a steady halt right where Phain had died and bent down to the ground.

"Now let's see that ring..." he said, quietly to himself as a small trunk rose from the ground with the ring hung on one of the small branches of the small trunk. Josh pulled it off and placed it on the ring finger of his right hand and grinned for a few a seconds before stepping backwards a few steps and forming a tiger handsign. As soon as he did so a large tree sprouted right in front of him. It was a beautiful tree, the largest and the most glorious in the entire area.

He then walked up to the front of the tree and began to carve a message into it with his kunai. The message stated the following:

Here lies the grave of Phain Nara, a very clever and powerful ninja who was the unlucky victim of Josh Senju. Mourn his loss for such a ninja should not be forgotten.When Josh finished carving in the last letters he stabbed the kunai into the side of the tree and backed away a few feet before body flickering out of the area.
