Application Rules

Okay, i totally thought about this and I think that we need some Application rules.

1.) Other members may give advices saying: watch out for spelling errors, you can't have canons. But you can NOT tell them what to get rid of or to change. That is the staff's job. If you are not a staff, stay out of it.
2.) Must follow application template. That's okay if you do it a little bit differently but don't do anything major. You fill the template out completely in order to get accepted.
3.) You can do more then one page for you application. Make sure the template is in order.
4.) Even though most of the kage's positions have NOT been filled, your ninja can still be from there. We just need a lot more ninja's to get a kage for that country.
5.) If you are a jounin and higher, you must do:
AS arc
Genin arc
Chuunin arc and etc. you must put it in your history.

This is all i can think of. There will be more added later on.
