Clan/Organization Restrictions

Since there are a lot of Uchiha's that are being signed up, we are going to have a limit.
You'll find the ratios of the clans. Once the clan has reached it's limit, the clan will then close and other members can not join that clan.
Uchiha's: MAX. 20 MEMBERS: 2/20
Hyuuga's: MAX. 20 MEMBERS: 1/20
Nara's: MAX. 20 MEMBERS: 2/20
Aburame's: MAX. 20 MEMBERS: 1/20
Neo Akatsuki Member's: MAX. 4/9
