I found a naruto rpg site that has been around foe a long time that is an inch from death but still alive. It has like 4 member taht are still active when it used to have like 80 till most of them left. but it has an uniqu make up but is in shambles. Im advertising that maybe a livly site like this one could help and bring it up from it s knees. If you want to check it out here is the link.
