New Years - Moderator Pick Discussion

Okay, I've been debating on picking out 1 person to be a Moderator, I want your thoughts on whether this is a good idea and who you think is ready. If we all pretty much agree that we should pick someone, then we will all maturely state our opinions on who would be good for it, and then we will pick a random day in January in which to Annouce it and promote them.

Hm, Well we seem to be doing fine to me but thats mainly because of the low increase of mems streaming in. I think more advertising/etc should be our top priority, perhaps then another Moderator. =D

Well yea, advertising would be really nice, however I don't really have a alot of sites that I can do it on.
