we got too many jounin IMO that is, and really alot of Missing i think, better to populate konoha first. but still i hate being young aka reason i'm chunin :p

2. You are only allowed ONE character. No exceptions. But if you are promoted to Chuunin, then you may create another character. You have to be PROMOTED and not just put into chunnin. You may create a new character if your current character dies. If you character happens to die, you must create a ninja that is TWO ranks lower then your present dead ninja.

Oh, heck no... I create my own profiles. I have dozens upon dozens of profiles all over the web that I create just for the heck of it. So, I'm just thinking about which one to use.... ^_~
