Bijuu and their Locations - This information can be obtained by going through any of the Hidden Village's Classified archives, however they would be heavely guarded.

Name: Shukaku
Creature Form: Giant Raccon Dog
Element: Wind and sand
Brief History: Shukaku is a bijuu in the form of Raccon Dog (Tanuki of the Japanese mythology). Before, he was a priest that lived in the Desert of Nara. Because of the dark power released by Yamata no Orochi, and under the heavy assault of wind and sand, he transformed into a racoon dog (His actual form). He has a playful and extravagant personality, resembling the Tanuki nature. Shukaku lives in the souls of people killed by the wind and sand (This actually resembles the case of Gaaras mother). The violet (blue in the anime) tatoos represent his title of God of Wind. This bijuu is currently sealed in the rain village inside a large shrine located in a resturant there.
Location: Currently sealed and hidden in Amegakure no Sato (Hidden Rain Village)

Name: Nekomata
Creature Form: Huge black cat monster; black angel wings.
Element: Death - Ability to suck up Souls.
Brief History: This is a no longer existing bijuu, Nekomata ends up killed by Kyuubi later, and in that instant his spirit was sealed by the Death God. The body was destroyed in the battle between the bijuu. If any attempt to unseal this Bijuu's spirit, The god of Death is said to snatch up their soul and feed it too the spirit of the bijuu, The more souls Nekomata gets the more powerful the spirit becomes. If anyone succesfully unseals the spirit of Nekotama, the Giant cat will seal itself in the user, giving them unbelievable power. No one has ever done this, they just ended up feeding the spirits power. Many souls have already been trapt within, meaning the spirit of the two tailed bijuu has grown extremely strong. Even with only the spirit of the bijuu, having it sealed into someone would give said person all of Nekomata's abilities. The ability to suck up souls in order to gain the power of the souls captured.
Location: Forrest of Death - Konohagakure no Sato. This is the only Bijuu thats Location is known by all, yet most fear even attempting to unseal its spirit.

Name: Isonade
Creature Form: Shark with sharp horn on forehead; three tails and fins
Element: Water, basicly. Currents.
Brief History: A fisherman and brave warrior from Yokohama, called Takuma Muramasa, sacrifices himself in behalf of two villages in a courageous act, getting near Isonade and sealing his personal servant Samehada in the Tool of Power Pot of the Shark-named fish from seal in the Water Shrine. Isonade then becomes unable to draw the massive chakra, and ends up getting exausted and sucked by the Tool seal in the Water Shrine as well. Later, The water shrine is moved to Sunagakure. So if ever it was to break its own seal, it would be helpless in a battle.
Location: Center of Sunagakure no Sato - Village Shrine

Name: Sokou
Creature Form: A four-tailed Rooster / Snake mixture. The lower part of the body is a Snake, while the upper part is a Rooster.
Element: Poison, poisonous gas, venom, ext..
Brief History: Sokou was sealed by a master of demonic arts, called Yamazaki Ishiro, with the a tool of power in sealing. He is sealed into a shrine in Demon Country. This was made very secrey from everyone, for they did not want people to know where this one was. The Demon Country didn't have alot of defenses and therefore couldn't really defend themselves from an on coming attack. Only the Kage's of the 5 great Nations know where this one is hidden and they have sworn that they will tell no one. They also all agreed that if that Demon Country were ever to be under attack, they would all help in defending it. With the sealing, Sokou's Poison gas was also sealed, so unless that was unsealed the Bijuu would not be able to use its main ability.
Location: The dark forrests of Demon Country - Said to be full of dark and mysterious creatures.

Name: Houkou
Creature Form: White dog.
Element: Attacking using mixture of elements; Houkou is skilled in each kind of element ability, and can also create instantaneously each kind of natural disaster.
Brief History: After receiving a severe wound, Houkou was weak and was sealed by Naruto Uzumaki. The bijuu was sealed in a large scroll. There was a huge debate on where the demon scroll should be hidden and it was decided that it would be hidden in the Mizukage's Mansion under the super vision of the mizukage. The seal that naruto had on the Bijuu was extremely strong and would not be broken unless a counter seal equal to its power could be made by someone. Still, the information on its location was marked as very classified and not known by many among the village.
Location: Kirigakure no Sato- Mizukage's Mansion.

Name: Raijuu
Creature Form: A golden-yellow weasel, with six tails in the shape of lightning bolts.
Element: Fire caused by lightning, Lightning Thunder, Lightning bolts, Lightning elemental magic arts; Raijuu may also fly about as a ball of lightning / fire.
Brief History: Defeated by a ninja called Kakashi by using the Chidori Technique. What actually happens is that the technique counters the lightning released by Raijuu by cutting it, making the beast receive its own attack, and become severely wounded. (Thus the name lightning edge.) He then is sealed by Kakashi with the Tool of Power: Hidden Thunder Prison into the seal in the Thunder Shrine which now resides in Kumogakure. The shrine is located at the top of an extremely large tower. The tower is extremely guarded, which may give it away for someone. Someone who is very observant would probably notice this.

Name: Kaku
Creature Form: Badger
Element: Earth
Brief History: Kakus storehouse of clay in a hole is found, and is burned by warriors. Kaku is unable to transform, and is defeated by the brave warrior Ikkyo Soujin, who proceeds to seal it with the Tool of Power: Remnant Earth Altar into the seal in the Earth Shrine. He is also the smallest Bijuu. The shrine is located in the Hidden rock Village on top of a large Mountain. The large mountain is decently far away from the actual village, however The Hidden Rock Village has a base hidden there. An ANBU squad is stationed to guard the shrine from anyone trying to unseal the Bijuu.
Location: Iwagakure no Sato - Top of a large Mountain.

Name: Yamata no Orochi
Creature Form: Snake with eight heads and eight tails.
Element: The legendary sword: Kusanagi no Tsurugi; summoning of evil spirits.
Brief History: Yamata no Orochi awaits a genius of the Yagami clan, which is the arch enemy of the Kusanagi clan. The purpose is to awake it [Yamata no Orochi], in order to fight Kyuubi again.
Since Yamata no Orochi power inherits in the Yagami Clan, If the heir appears as the first genius in 1000 years that is able to awake Yamata no Orochis ability, it will be completely restored. This bijuu is sealed within a scroll and is hidden by the Yagami clan in the Hidden in the Land of the Fang. The exact location is at Yagami Clan HQ and is heavely guarded.

Name: Kyuubi no Youko
Creature Form: Fox
Element: Fire
Brief History: The kyuubi has an extreme power, It is the strongest bijuu and therefore is hidden in the strongest village. The Bijuu is sealed in a scroll which is hidden inside of the Hokage Mountain under the head of Naruto. There is a secret stairway leading to a secret cave where it is hidden. The inside of this cave is guarded by an Elite ANBU team. This bijuu was sealed by Konohamaru and doesn't have an extremely strong seal, therefore the seal could easily be broken by an elite ninja and the Kyuubi could be released which is the main reason why this needs the most security.
