Description: One of the techniques developed by Takeshi's grandfather in his ANBU days. The most basic of his techniques, Ten. It involves expelling chakra from the chakra points on the body and controlling it so that it moves around and through the body. Thus it constantly enters, leaves and re-enters the body in a constant flow. Because this is simply moving chakra, the amount lost is minisule, and since the aura constantly surrounding the body, the physical endurance of the user is enhanced slightly. The aura is invisible to all but users of sharingan, byakugan or similar techniques that make chakra visible.

Description: One of the techniques developed by Takeshi's grandfather during his ANBU days. A basic technique that works in the opposite manner of Ten. Zetsu completely seals the aura within the users body. This will practically erase the presence of the one using the technique to the point where, even if they were standing directly in front of a person, they could be seen, heard, smelt, but would feel as though the person was staring at nothing. Because Zetsu focuses the chakra completely into the body, it can aid in healing small wounds. While in a state of Zetsu, the user cannot use chakra.

Ten would loss of some chakra since its leaving the body but only a little.

Therefore activating Ren would cost a lot more chakra since your having it leave the body further.

Im confused about zetsu, does it turn you in visible or techniques?

Zetsu hides my presence, but I remain visible and can be seen, heard, smelt, etc. However, if I were hiding, I would remain completely undetectable, even from chakra sensing abilities, unless they were highly attune. Its not a good technique in the middle of combat though since it does the reverse of ten and seals the chakra inside. Crap forgot to mention that in Zetsu, jutsu is unusable.
