Zane,

first off, I don't want you to feel like I am about to target you. I'm not. The only issue I have is that you are not discussing your choices with the rest of the staff. Johnny and I had been going over who will take on the position of Hokage then all of the sudden without our knowledge you post about you leaving Sunagakure and taking over Konoha. What we are asking, is that you don't just go ahead and make these choices without us or any other member of the BtS Staff. you need to chat about it and not just through it out there. If that was done to insure you get that position, please don't find me rude by saying, that isn't how it works. I would like to discuss this FULLY with the rest of the staff, so when you have time; let us talk about how we'll make decisions by giving respectful and constructive opinions on each topic.

Along with that; we need to figure out who will become Hokage.

Eh, well it wouldn't be a prob for Zane to be Hokage if he wasn't already Kazekage. However he can't have both ranks, and also he can't kill off his Kazekage for the Hokage spot because then we will be in need of a new yet another rank, Kazekage. We need to figure out who would be best suited for the spot, and seriously, it isn't me. When put under that kind of resposibility I loose interest, and that leads to sites failing lol (SH for example, me and Becky ruined it.) But yeah, the person best fit for the job. I can't really decide on anyone, maybe Sterling would be good but I'm pretty sure he loves his current character so it probably wouldn't work out.

Besides that, I think Sterling would be good for the job, but like Johnny said, Sterlz likes Yun and his card playing. ;] Who else would be good for the job? Should we stay in the staff member ranks or move outward and find an RPer whose committed AND an amazing Rper?

Well maybe we should pick the new Hokage, i'm not all that well with the Situation of not having a Hokage at the moment. I'm not saying that i'm taking it over, I'm simply saying that we need to pick a hokage for the site. xD So we might as well set up a poll of the BtS staff to see who might become Hokage. ~

So it's just a suggestion on the announcement on the section. ~

I think we should just say that Zane was never "Kazekage" and make everyone leaf village, that would work better we don't really have enough members to control 2 villages and if were going to open 2, why not just open them all like some sites, having 1 or 2 open is kinda...meh.

And Johnny, i love my current character, i will make another one for Hokage if you want me to though.

We should keep Sunagakure no Sato open, just for those people who love the sand village. ^^;

Besides, i can only have so much as Kazekage, and i'm just encouraging the people to try and go for Leaf and Sand, any other village is closed until further notice.
